Frank caught a raccoon that took another officer almost 2 weeks to catch. He’s very professional and knows his work!!

I was very pleased to welcome Frank into my home on Friday morning. Someone in the house is immuno-suppressed and I was a little worried about letting a stranger in. However, Frank was very professional, prompt and courteous. He masked-up immediately and wore booties, too! There are a lot of feelings in the world right now, and I so appreciate that he is sympathetic to the current situation.

Now for the problem, there may be something in my ceiling and there may not be, but it feels as though I have a responsive partner in the quest to discover the problem. I knew the cost up front. He answered all of my questions, left detailed instructions, and told me to call immediately, day or night. He told me he would be stopping again this week to check on things. I look forward to his visit and a positive outcome. I would absolutley recommend Frank to anyone with a pest problem.

Frank arrived quickly, with a courtesy text when he was on his way! On site he was very professional, was very knowledgeable and able to assess our squirrel situation fast (even pointed out a hole we didn't know about!), and helped us determine the best place to put our trap. After getting all the squirrels out of the attic, we're also going to have them come out to close up the holes. Overall would definitely recommend!

We had a bird stuck in our chimney and so I called animal control. Officer Bryan came to our house and he was the nicest guy. He went out of his way to assure us everything would be ok. He stayed so calm. I was nervous but he put me at ease. He went out of his way to speak to my granddaughter and explain what he was doing and told her about his job and even told her when she is older she could go on a run with them. Had a problem with squirrels in my roof, called them and they came out same day. Laid traps down. Within two days we caught the squirrel and i haven't had problem since. Also, they patched up holes that i had in my roof so i wouldnt have anymore trouble. Simple and affordable pricing. Definitely would call them again if i have any more problems.

Frank removed a nest and repaired a hole in my siding. He was incredibly professional, arriving quickly and doing a great job with everything. Frank just left my home and he was awesome! He got to my house 10-15 min after I made the initial call to receive service. He was very helpful and educated me and my family about wildlife. Gave us a sense of relief by insuring us that they available 24/7. He also has a great personality.Even though at the time of my visit he didn’t find anything, but he did set a trap. I can’t thank Bryan enough. I was a nervous wreck almost in tears I wouldn’t even come down my steps. It was a baby possum in my house and he came right in and had it out in less than 5 minutes. He searched my entire house making sure that was the only one and helped me secure my basement where it had got in at. He was so patient despite how anxious and scared i was. Thank you for your prompt service!! We had a deceased fox stuck in our back yard through the fence. Frank came out did the removal and sanitized the area. Very knowledgeable of the area with animals and seasons of what to look out for. I would call them again if I have any problems in the future.

This company is excellent! Squirrels were running amok in my mom’s ceiling to the point where I couldn’t go back to sleep. I call Delaware County Animal Control at 6am and within the hour, Frank showed up. Frank is very knowledgeable and took his time. After he set the trap and left, the door was triggered and the squirrel ran out, I called the company and within 15 minutes Frank was back at the house ( even though he was supposed to be off duty). Thanks Frank.

Frank and Brian showed up today to help us get rid of a squirrel that had been making itself at home in one of our walls. As soon as they arrived, they took one look at the outside of our house and pointed out where they thought the squirrel was getting in. We walked through the house and Frank and Brian laid out their plan for removal and prevention and set a trap. Within 2 hours, we caught a squirrel and Delaware County Animal Control helped us coordinate with a contractor to patch the hole and prevent more critters from getting in. Next time we have an issue Delaware County Animal Control will be the very first call we make.

I've had a rat situation for the past month. They are in my ceiling and we were not sure what they were because we have no access to the area. I called Delaware County Animal Control and initially Briana and Chris came out to access the situation within an hour! (Orkin made me wait weeks). They were great and really did detective work to figure out what sort of animal was up there. But I am most thankful for Dylan- once I confirmed the rodent was actually a rat, he came out on his DAY OFF to help me set up traps and make a game plan to catch the rodents living in my ceiling. So listen to this. I got the day off work so I go do some shopping. So I come home and I hear a noise on my porch. Dont think much of it until I come back out. Now man I got this big ole raccoon chillin looking at me like it was his place. So I'm like I aint messing with no raccoon. So I call Delaware County Animal Control and immediately boom the send out this girl. Now Im not going to lie I was thinking a girl really? But man was I wrong. This girl Brianna came to my house and assured me all was well and she will gladly take care of this for me. Well that she did. Within minutes Brianna had that raccoon out my house and in her van. Frank saved the day!!! My husband found (what we now know to be) a garden snake while cutting the grass. Frank came in and was swift and super knowledgeable about everything. He definitely put us at ease soon after he left. We’re so thankful for Frank. Everyone needs a FRANK in their life!

We have an exterminator on contract and they wouldn't do anything for us when squirrels started chewing through the vinyl siding and into the walls of our house. Someone recommend Delaware County Animal Control and it's been 1 day since we called them. They have caught and removed 3 squirrels already. Each time we've seen one in a trap, we call them and they come and remove it quickly and reset the trap. Excellent service so far!

Frank and Gil are great. They come within a short time of a phone call to retrieve the squirrels in the cage. They are friendly and also respectful of the animals they catch. There was a problem with the cage and Frank came and changed it out with another. I would recommend their service.

Frank is awesome. We have raccoons getting into our roof and so far we have caught 4 raccoons in 4 days with his trap set-up. Soon the neighborhood will be rid of these critters and the neighborhood cats will find peace. They don’t destroy them either, just relocated them to a more raccoon friendly area.

Frank, is one of the beat animal control people I have ever meant in my life. I woke up to a live bat hanging in my living room. I called Delware County Animal Control and they came right away. I explained to him what was going on and he came in the apartment. He spotted the bat hanging around and got it. Thank you so much. The price was reasonable and he is every professional.

Frank was great. Response was quick.The injured skunk was not in the feral house as expected. I watched for it and it showed at 10 pm. Frank said to call any time I saw the stunk. He started out immediately. He got the skunk. I was worried about paralytic rabies. He reassured me that the skunk looked injured. A great relief. I like the company because the will try to save and relocate the animal instead of killing it. They were also great in not charging me twice. I recommend this company and would ask for Frank.

I had one of their men come out get rid of a monster Nest that was in my tree on my front lawn. It was raining when he got there and he said he was going to do the job anyway. Sure enough he removed the nest from my tree I even trimmed the tree so it looked better and it did before. I would definitely recommend this company.

It was 1am and Frank was extremely helpful in getting a bat out of my house. We saw a second one but apparently must’ve flew out before Frank came. He was fast, professional and helpful. Fee is nothing compared to having a peace of mind.

I came home from a hard nights work at 12am only to walk into my bathroom and find a BAT sitting on the light looking at me. Being in the line of work I’m in I fear very little, however this thing showed me the smallest of things can send me running in the other direction. SO I had to call in the pros and Frank was the greatest. Armed with just a 32oz Wawa soda cup he quickly captured the winged bandit and restored clamminess back within my home. This was the 3rd Bat for me since moving in the area less then three years ago and I want to thank DCAC for always sending help in a timely manner. But I Pray I won’t be needing them for anymore Bat removals anytime soon. Thanks Frank you were the greatest!!

I have worked with Rahn on many projects at Delaware County Animal Control over the past 21 years from organizing the County's first animal rescue unit that responded to house fires and injured and trapped animals all around Delaware County. To the warrent unit that assisted the police by controlling the dogs of suspects being arrested. Rahn has always been there to stand up for the rights of the four legged members of our family without a voice.

After much hesitation I called Animal Control this summer about a Ground Hog residence under my Garage. I like animals, I just don't like them digging under the building's foundation! Chris returned my call and came out promptly to get things set up-cage, bait , etc. She was knowledgable and friendly and gave me some insight into the situation- that is groundhogs & their habits. I ended up calling on 4th of JuLy, as we caught one and she came out within 2 hours to retrieve it. After that there were 2 more calls over the next month...seems the ground hog had family /relatives living there as well. Each time Chris came out often within an hour to pick up the catch and put out another empty cage. I was impressed with the promptness and her positive attitude regarding animals. Payment was easy and I will not hesitate to call if I have any wildlife problems in the future.
